I have used this monitor stand for over a year now and found it to do the job it was designed for very well. One thing that Amazon specs do not tell you is that the stand is actually designed to only accommodate LCD monitors whose outside width is 20" (51 cm) or less according to the manufacture. Having said that I should also mention that I myself use three SyncMaster 24" monitors on my stand and I've have had no problems at all. The parts are really heavy duty and made to last unlike some I've seen.

Good stand, not for 24" monitors May 19, 2010

Bought this stand because of a feedback that someone had written saying he mounted 3 24" monitors on it which is not possible. In all fairnesss the manufactures does list thes size monitors it does support. You have to buy the longer arm which is an additional $150 to be able to mount them. Ergotron does make another stand that will allow you to mount 3 24" monitors. Besides that fact, it is a good stand with good build quality. I wish I would have done more research before buying this stand so that I would have matched the size monitors to what I planned on mounting on the stand, I would have saved some money.
